Severance Pay

The university sets aside an additional 6% of your salary for severance compensation as part of the provisions for the pension fund every month.

If the employee was fired (which includes cases of employment termination due to the end of the employment period) - they will be entitled to receive a supplement of 2.33% for the pension savings.
